§ 215.905. Display of Concealed Carry Endorsement Required Upon Request of Peace Officer.

A.
Any person issued a concealed carry endorsement pursuant to Section 571.094, RSMo., shall carry the concealed carry endorsement at all times the person is carrying a concealed firearm and shall display the concealed carry endorsement upon the request of any Peace Officer.

B.
If there is a failure to comply with this Section by a concealed carry endorsement holder, he/she may be issued a citation for an amount not to exceed thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
