§ 215.2310. Sale of Goods, Wares and Merchandise Prohibited in Public Streets.

It is unlawful for any person to stand in or to move in any public street for the purpose of offering or selling, or offering for sales any goods, wares, merchandise or services to any occupant of a motor vehicle in such street or to any other person in such street.
