§ 215.2330. Yard or Garage Sales — Restrictions.

A.
It is unlawful for any person or persons to offer for sale household goods in a "yard" or "garage" sale in an area in front of the front building line of the premises in which such person or persons reside.

B.
It is unlawful for any person or persons to offer for sale household goods in a "yard" or "garage" sale in excess of two (2) days during any calendar year.
