§ 215.2350. Eviction of Tenant — Placement of Evictee's Property.

It is unlawful, in the event of a tenant's eviction from a house or apartment, for anyone to place the personal property of the evictee in any area other than the front yard or back yard of the house or apartment from which the eviction is made; that is, it is unlawful to place the personal property involved in the eviction on the sidewalk or street in front of the house or apartment from which the eviction is made or on the sidewalk or street in front of any other house or apartment in the neighborhood.
